Personal Cooking Classes

Nutrition coaching can really help you in your journey to improved health, but what about what takes place in your own kitchen?

In these personal cooking classes, we will work together to create dishes or a meal that you can easily replicate on your own. My goal is to empower you to be confident in your kitchen. To that extent, these cooking classes are hands-on as much as possible. Never cooked before or not comfortable in the kitchen? That's okay, and what I'm here for!

At each class, we will accomplish the following:

  • Discuss the topic of the class,

  • Discuss the ingredients chosen,

  • Practice and learn cooking skills and techniques, and

  • Enjoy a meal together!

Class length: 60-90 minutes

Time of day: Classes can be scheduled at any time so long as my schedule permits. Please reach out to inquire about scheduling your private class so we can talk about times that will work for everyone involved!

Location: These classes can take place in my home (SW Portland) or yours. If taking place in my home, I can accommodate up to 4 people.


  • 60-minutes: $80 (does not include ingredients)

  • 90-minutes:  $100 (does not include ingredients)

Cost: Contact me for pricing. There will be a savings of $10 if the class is at my home. We will discuss ingredients and final cost when we schedule a private class, but an additional $20-$30 will likely be added depending on the class length and topic.
